2. Our Services
Hoarder Cleaners UK provides specialist hoarder cleaning, property clearance, biohazard cleaning, and related services across England and Wales. The exact scope of any service is agreed before work commences, following a property assessment.

- Final pricing is confirmed after the assessment, before any work begins
- We reserve the right to decline jobs where conditions present unacceptable risks to our team
- Structural repairs, pest control, and building works are outside our scope and will be referred to appropriate tradespeople
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are inclusive of labour, waste removal, and cleaning materials unless stated otherwise
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Additional costs may apply if conditions on site differ materially from those observed during the assessment
- We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding with additional work
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge to cover preparation costs
- We will notify you as early as possible if we need to reschedule for any reason
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer who engaged our services remotely, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed, unless the service has already been performed.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You must ensure we have safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time
- You must inform us of any known hazards not visible during the initial assessment
